 I have recieved all my packages in perfect condition and on time, this is the first time I've been able to order from the uk with no problems. I used you because I'm brittish and the prices in france are really not good, you should think about translating your site into french one day.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with all aspects of my dealings with since discovering your site many months ago.

All orders are delivered EXTREMELY quickly (a great benefit for me as I'm always 'last minute'), and on the occasions I have spoken to your customer services departments to make enquiries about products, etc. I have always found the staff to be very well informed, friendly and very happy to help - often I find 'customer services' to be people who sound like they would do anything to get you off the phone.

A few weeks ago I had a box of canvases delivered and two were slightly damaged, the first time ever I should add - I thought 'here we go', but contacted customer services, again extremely helpful and apologetic, and replacements were with me immediately the following morning.
