I am an artist and this is the first time I have ordered from your company.  Living in Ireland I find my art materials limited and expensive.  To be honest I normally order from Jackson Art Supplies and have been a customer of theirs for ten years.
 
This email is to say I am delighted with the staff I spoke to at Granthams on the telephone, the way the order was packed was nothing short of excellent (packed by somebody GREEN) making sure that nothing got damaged.  The cost of the postage is always a bug bear with me, as sometimes we have everything against us including the exchange rate.   Your postage costs were excellent and the delivery arrived in just a few days.  I am really impressed.  Most of all your prices are really competitive on certain items.
 
Your web site was easy to navigate (if I can do it at 64 then anyone can)   Thank you for a superb web shopping experience and I shall definitely be back.

I was in a desperate hurry to order the print storage rack as I have a display of work this weekend, so went on to google and just happened to find you, which I'm so pleased about.
