Returns, Shortages & Non Delivery Policy

Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.

If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of your purchase for a prompt exchange or full refund.  The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to the following address: Granthams Ltd., Graphics House, Charnley Road, Blackpool, FY1 4PE.

*Please note. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.

Please enclose a copy of your order details (including full name, address and order number) in with the returned items and reason for return.

Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.  We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged Goods

In order to comply with our carriers' terms of insurance, we must be informed (by telephone or e-mail) of any damage to goods in transit within 48 hours of receipt.

Granthams Ltd. will be responsible for the collection of the damaged goods and for replacements to be sent.
