I received one of these W & N artists quality watercolour boxes for Christmas and am delighted with it.
the paint tin is both compact,strong and useful with 2 fold out mix trays.
there are 24 half pan paints and whilst you have to take what you get nevertheless there is a very good selection of colours and the price is such great value that you could afford to replace a few colours (eg black) with new half pans.
excellent product,very high quality and great value -you can't really go wrong.
