the ink does not flow properly from the reservoir to the nib...so no smooth writing!!

Regarding the complaint of non flowing ink to the nib. Have you first washed the reservoir and nibs in hot soapy water to remove any coatings or contaminatews formed by the manufacturiung process. Nibs are like 'good friends' they mature with time and use.
