How do I find products?
If you are looking for a particular product, simply enter either all or part of the product name in the 'simple search' box and click 'Search'.
How do I pay?
We accept most major credit cards including; Master Card, Delta, Connect, VISA, VISA Debit, JCB, Switch & UK Maestro. Unfortunately we cannot accept Visa Electron both online or over the telephone. If you wish to use American Express please place your order by telephone. We also accept PayPal.
Is it safe to shop on your website?

Do I have to be a member to shop at Art Discount?
No you do not have to be a member to shop at Art Discount although being a member is one of the new features on our newly improved site. You will create your account at your first sale on our new site as you proceed to checkout. This feature will now enable you to manage your own account online, including tracking your own member points, order history and invoices.
Can I order over the phone or via fax?
Yes, if you prefer not to order your goods online you can easily call or fax us and our dedicated staff will take you through the buying process manually.

I would like to buy from you but don't have a credit card, what do I do?
We can take payment in a variety of ways but if you would like to pay by anything other than a credit card please contact us first or use PayPal.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website are INCLUSIVE of UK VAT at current rate.
An automated invoice is created & emailed upon sale of items. This invoice displays our VAT No.

Surcharges on deliveries to Scottish Middle and Upper Counties
All national carrier firms surcharge deliveries to these areas as the norm. We do subsidise this charge and only pass on a small portion of the actual fee to our customers.
How do I get free UK delivery?
If your total order value (minus delivery) is over £45 and are having your goods sent to a UK mainland address then you will qualify for FREE shipping.
Why do you use Carrier firms and not Royal Mail?
The Post Office is ideal for small package delivery but not for larger parcels. They do not offer online tracking or signed receipt of deliveries which is important to us. They also have a maximum weight restriction of one kilo which is very limiting.
My parcel is late, what do I do?
If your parcel has still not arrived after the delivery time stated for your region on our our delivery options section then please contact us.
My parcel has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your parcel has arrived damaged please leave the parcel as it arrived complete with the original packaging and contact us immediately.
The country I reside in is not in your shipping options, can I still purchase from you?
Yes, simply contact us and we will inform you of the cost of delivery and take your order manually.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
This will depend entirely on what product you are buying. Please contact us and we will inform you of when we will have new stock.
Is the website updated on a regular basis?
Yes, our website prices, stock and products are updated daily.
Can I subscribe for your newsletter, if so is it free?
Yes, our newsletter is absolutely free.
I don't want to receive any more newsletters, can I unsubscribe?
If you do not wish to receive any more newsletters either reply to your last newsletter and put 'unsubscribe' in the subject field or simply contact us with your request.
